Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12PM EST)
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Nora Fleur Cosmetics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@norafleurcosmetics.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Delays
Nora Fleur Cosmetics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
