2. Eligibility & Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged condition. This means the product's original seal must be intact, and the packaging must be free from any signs of use, damage, or tampering.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

All returns must be initiated within 15 days of the original purchase date.
A valid proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email) is mandatory for all return requests. Returns must include all original components, accessories, manuals, and packaging.
3. Return Windows & Refund Methods
Our refund policy is based on the date your return is initiated and subsequently received at our Return Center.
Returns Received Within 15 Days of Purchase:
Eligible returns will receive a full refund to the original form of payment used during purchase.
Returns Received Between 15 and 30 Days of Purchase:
Eligible returns will be issued as Nora Fleur store credit in the form receiving a new products of the same brand or a different product of the same or a different brand.
Any return received after 15 days from the purchase date will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
4. Step-by-Step Return Process
For Direct Website Purchases (Norafleurcosmetics.com):
Initiate Online:

Log into your Norafleurcosmetics.com account, navigate to your order history, and select the item(s) you wish to return.

Follow the prompts to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
(Note: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.)
Package Securely:
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, along with all included components. Include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA number inside the box.
Ship Your Return:
Affix the provided return label clearly to the outside of the package. We strongly recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service (e.g., UPS, USPS, FedEx) as Nora Fleur is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Processing Timeline:
Please allow up to 30 business days from the date we receive your return at our facility for inspection and processing.
Once approved, you will receive a notification email.
Refunds to credit/debit cards may then take an additional 7-10 business days to post to your account.
5. Specific Refund & Credit Details
Original Payment Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Multi-Tender Purchases:
If your order was paid using multiple methods (e.g.,part gift card, part credit card), the refund will be issued as store credit.
Online Payment Processors:
Orders paid via PayPal, AfterPay, or similar services will be refunded back through that processor or issued as store credit.
Gift Card Purchases:
If the original purchase was made with a Nora Fleur gift card, the refund will be re-issued as a new gift card.
6. Nora Fleur Rewards Points Policy
Points earned on a product that is later returned will be automatically deducted from your Rewards balance.
If you redeemed points for a purchase and later return it, the corresponding points will be re-deposited into your account.
For partial returns of a points-redeemed order, a prorated amount of points will be returned to your balance.
7. Restrictions & Important Disclaimers
Shipping & Handling:
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Coupons & Promotions:
Discounts, coupons, or special offer codes applied to an original purchase are not refundable.
You may not return a product solely for the purpose of repurchasing it to apply a new promotion or offer.
Policy Integrity:
To protect all customers and prevent fraud, we reserve the right to require customer identification information for returns and to limit, refuse, or deny returns at our discretion if there is evidence of excessive returns, reselling, fraud, or abuse of this policy.
Return Verification:
All returns are subject to inspection and validation upon receipt.

Final Sale:
All sales on discounted, clearance, or specially marked items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Marketplace Seller Returns
Products sold and shipped by third-party sellers on the Nora Fleur Marketplace have a return window of 15 days. You must initiate these returns through your Norafleurcosmetics.com account. Returns will be shipped directly to the seller, and refunds are processed according to the seller's policy, which may differ from Nora Fleur's direct policy. Please review the seller's specific terms at the time of purchase.
9. International Returns
Products purchased from the Nora Fleur website or affiliates outside the United States cannot be returned to the US address listed in this policy. International customers must initiate returns by contacting info@norafleurcosmetics.com and consumer will be subject to pay the return shipping fees to that region's specific return policy and procedures.
10. Service Satisfaction
For concerns regarding any paid salon or beauty service, please contact our customer experience team within 7 days of the service date for resolution.
11. Product Disposal
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, Nora Fleur does not resell any returned products. All returned items are responsibly disposed of and never restocked.
